Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use RelinkMove, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we process and why

We process data only to perform the migration you request (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, performance of a contract):

OAuth access tokens for Airtable (read) and Notion (write) — held only temporarily to run your migration and discarded as soon as the job finishes.
Your base content — read from Airtable and written to your Notion during the migration. It is processed transiently and not retained after the job completes.
Your email address — to send your proof report and completion notice, and to keep a record of your order.
Payment data — handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; we never receive your card details.

Processors and third parties

We use Lemon Squeezy (payment processing), Resend (sending transactional email), and Google (advertising-conversion measurement on our public marketing pages, which sets cookies). Hosting is on our own servers in the EU. Airtable and Notion are services you connect; we access them only on your instruction.

Retention

Access tokens and base content are discarded when the migration completes. Order and email records are kept only as long as required for tax, accounting and dispute-handling obligations.

Cookies and analytics

We ask for your consent before loading Google advertising-conversion measurement on our marketing pages; if you decline, no advertising cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. The migration app itself uses only a strictly-necessary session cookie, which does not require consent.

International transfers

Where a processor is located outside the EU, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the BayLDA. To exercise any right, email legal@unwindly.app.
