Terms of Service

1. What RelinkMove is

RelinkMove ("the Service") is operated by Nikolay Kopylov ("we", "us"). It is a one-time tool that copies a database ("base") from Airtable into Notion, recreates the relationships between records, and produces a report verifying the result. It runs only on the accounts and data you connect, and only when you ask it to.

2. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own, or are authorised to access and migrate, the data in the Airtable and Notion accounts you connect, and that doing so does not breach any third-party rights or the terms of Airtable or Notion. You remain responsible for keeping your own backups.

3. Access to your accounts

You grant read-only access to Airtable and write access to Notion through their official OAuth flows. We use this access solely to perform the migration you request, and we do not store your base content or access tokens after the job completes — see the Privacy Policy.

4. Price and payment

The Service is a one-time purchase with no subscription. You see the exact price during a free preview before paying. Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), whose terms also apply to your purchase.

5. Money-back guarantee

If our verification report shows that a relationship present in your source base was not reproduced in Notion, you are entitled to a full refund as described in the Refund Policy. This is your sole and exclusive remedy in respect of relationship integrity.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for unlawful data, to migrate data you are not entitled to, or to disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer it.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that results will meet your specific needs beyond the guarantee above. Airtable and Notion are third-party services we do not control; their limits (file-size caps, plan restrictions, API availability, formula and rollup behaviour) may affect results and are reported to you, not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the migration concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data — please keep your own backups. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of München, Germany.
